Introduction	Eric Sanders is the owner and president of The Sanders Firm, P.C., a new generation law firm concentrating in civil service law and civil rights. Eric has counseled many individual clients' over the past seven years. His broad range of experience includes representation of clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation and administrative proceedings. Eric's practice focuses on advising clients about protecting their individual rights in employment, housing and public accommodations. Eric is a member of several legal professional organizations including the National Employment Lawyer's Association (NELA), National Employment Lawyer's Association-New York Chapter (NELA/NY), American Bar Association (ABA), New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), and Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA). Eric has also served as past General Counsel to the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives-New York Chapter (NOBLE/NY). Eric as a retired police officer holds memberships with several professional law enforcement organizations including the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP).
