| Introduction | I am the MP for Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC. I have been serving residents in Toa Payoh since 1984 where I won the Parliamentary election as the PAP candidate for the Kuo Chuan Constituency in Toa Payoh. Since then, I was re-elected as MP for Toa Payoh (1988), Thomson (1991) and Bishan-Toa Payoh (1997, 2001 and 2006) GRCs. I hold my weekly Meet the People Session with Bishan East residents on every Tuesday (except the second week)evening at the following location: Blk 196 Bishan St 13 #01-563 Singapore 570196. I have a dedicated team of committed grassroots leaders and volunteers helping me serve Bishan East residents. |
