A Family of Three in Italy!

Introduction	The year 2010 was a big year for us! Not only were we busy planning our dream wedding, Gino was also wrapping up his 4th season of professional hockey in North America. I on the other hand, was "living the dream" working my 9-5 job at General Mills. Gino knew from the beginning that he wanted to eventually finish out his hockey career in Europe and I was all for a new adventure! The Summer of 2010 was a whirlwind, to say the least. We were married in a beautiful ceremony in MN and at the exact same time Gino was awaiting offers from Europe. In mid August, he signed with Lillehammer, Norway. We were ecstatic and ready to pack up our lives in MN and move half way around the world to experience another country. Not to mention, an extended honeymoon! Immediately, we feel in love with the relaxed lifestyle and the quaint little Norwegian town we lived in. After 2 amazing seasons in Lillehammer and having our first baby, Lily. We were ready to see somewhere new. After debating over a few places we settled on Alleghe, Italy in the Italian Hockey League. We couldn't be more excited for this new adventure with our newly formed family of three!
