| Introduction | I created this blog to promote fitness and outdoor activity among men over the age of 50, specifically African-American and Hispanic men. Recent data has shown that this male demographic has the highest rate of prostate cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. I feel that by showing an alternative lifestyle to how most minority men typically live, I hopefully can encourage some or many men to to exercise, by cycling or just by going for walks in the great outdoors. |
