IntroductionPam Donica is an English instructor and has taught for Cleveland County Schools, Cleveland Community College, Gaston College, and private school, and has over fourteen years of experience in North Carolina with two years of teaching elementary school in Virginia.

Having a Bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in literature (especially Shakespeare and American Literature), she has a passion for helping students understand the fundamentals of this amazing living language. Pam also has two Associates degrees: One in Applied Science (Office/Business Technology) and Business Administration/Marketing. She is highly proficient in teaching Microsoft Office. Career development instruction that entails resume writing, business etiquette, and office management is another strength she has cultivated throughout her teaching career.

Highly versed in political science and current events, Pam also provides tutoring in social studies, government, and world history. We want to make learning fun for your middle or high school student as well as one-on-one instruction for those trying to thrive in the different stages of college.

Favorite booksYou would think I would read anything I could get my hands on as an English teacher, but after reading the classics and many other genres in college, I find these are my most favorite: Other than the Bible.... Edge of Eternity by Randy Alcorn (and his trilogy). Shakespeare Any book by Beth Moore. Most books by Dean Koontz.
