| Interests | I was born in a coal mining town in Pennsylvania. After attending a diploma nursing program, I received my degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton. My continued interest in caring for the health of others led me to New York City where I graduated with honors from New York University with my degree in Nursing and Education. My nursing career led to positions in pediatric oncology, public health, home care, discharge planning, utilization review, risk management, quality assurance, education, managed care and case management. |
