| Introduction | I am a Civil Engineer from IIT Delhi, 1977 batch and the Promoter of EPA Group of companies. After serving for 26 years, I turned my interest in specialized construction to a business in April 2003. I believe, Business is a human activity similar to any other human activity, like Religion, Politics etc. In business, like in any Human endeavor, Respect of Oneself and Respect of the other, is of paramount importance. This Respect manifests itself in various behavioural traits, namely Honesty, Trust, Truthfulness, Teamwork, Confidence, Mutual Respect, Health, Happiness and Balanced Living. I see that this belief is being shared by more and more people around the World. This is evident from various business and management thoughts being written by now well known authors like Robin Sharma, Steven Covey, Ram Charan etc. ; who are now writing about greatness, as opposed to earlier authors, who wrote about efficiency. I believe in focusing on life enhancement, which automatically increases productivity in the organization. Such adherence gives a great impact on one’s own work group and on the organization as a whole. The motto for my Business venture is promoting Self Growth. |
