About me

Introduction	My name is Alma. I have 3 children 2 girls and a boy. Jackson my 3 year old and youngest has CF. We found out at birth when he was born with Meconium Ileus. He spent the first 3 weeks of his life in the PICU at the Cleveland Clinic. Thanks to an amazing team of doctors, no surgery was needed for the blockage. Jack has DDF508 defect. Said to be the most deadliest of defects. To date he has been in the hospital 10 times. The last 2 being the worst so far as batled and survivied 2 bouts with C-Diff. I am thankful everyday for our close proximity to such a wonderful hospital such as Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital.
