| Introduction | Born in Trinidad. Diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis at age 26. Completed three 5K, one 8K, seven 10K, one 15K, nine half marathons, two 25K, one 30K, one 32K, two full marathons, and one 50K. My favourite race was the 2009 Walt Disney World's Goofy Challenge (21K and 42K over one weekend). Current Therapy: Physical activity; Massage Therapy every 2 weeks; Physiotherapy using Gunn Method of Intramuscular Stimulation every month. Extra-strength Robaxicet or extra-strength Advil as needed. |
