| Introduction | I frittered away my youth drinking and doing drugs. My youth lasted longer than expected. I neglected to grow up, but eventually I did gain some sense of responsibility. After being a single Dad for many years, I remarried, straightened up for the most part, and returned to college after a 25 year hiatus. I received my B.A. Magna Cum Laude, and my M.A. in American History with a concentration in Sports History. I am now a proud 2-time alumni of Florida Atlantic University. I am a sports historian, and avid fan of the New York Mets and Cincinnati Bengals. I belong to the Society of American Baseball Researchers and the National History Honor Society. |
