Introduction	Hi, My name is Judy and I started this blog in hopes that Fibromyalgia will become more recognized and understood by the general public. My hope is that through this blog friends and family members as well as patients can find answers to Fibromyalgia questions. I am 53 years old and have been diagnosed now for 2 years. When I finally heard the diagnosis, it was like a weight had been lifted from me. I have suffered for a few years before and no one could give me any answers. Finally after being on medications for each ailment, I consulted a pain doctor to seek alternative treatment for using pain killers. He asked me a series of questions and pressed on certain trigger points on my body and finally told me the news. Of course after that I immediately went home and started surfing the web for answers and information.
