Introduction	I am traveling around the world on bicycle and documenting the journey, the people, and the stories which emerge along the way. I'm a keen drawer and am in the midst of creating a comic based on this experience. One of my challenges on this journey is keeping my emotional, physical and mental worlds in balance and healthy. One of the ways I tackle this is through a Yoga practice, creative projects, and connecting with old friends, new friends and learning and unlearning how to live and love. I have a strong passion for getting dirt under my nails in the garden. Over the past year and half Tom and I volunteered, co-ordinated practical workshops and participated in the initial stages of creating a management structure for long and short term volunteers at a Permaculture Education Centre called The Panya Project, situated in Northern Thailand.
