| Introduction | I've been teaching since 1982 (minus four years). In that time, I have seen major instructional trends and philosophies come and go. Through it all, I have discovered that "highly effective" teachers teach and creative ideas motivate students to learn. An educator's most valuable resource to becoming "highly effective" is the creativity that is shared by other incredible teachers. The rest is all propaganda! |
