About me

Introduction	Sam (Dr. Adams) and I (Juli) have been married for 16 years. We have three beautiful children, Joshua (8), Brynnley (6) and Tyler our newest addition born June of 2009. Sam is a chiropractor and has owned his own practice, "Highland Chiropractic Clinic" since 1998. Being healthy is very important to us, and when we heard of "Ideal Protein", we thought we should give it a try and see how it worked for us. We were thrilled with the results and decided we wanted to offer this great program to our friends, family and patients at the clinic.
