Introduction	On March 15th, 2011 our twin girls Ava and Teagan were born. They shared a heart and liver and sadly passed away on March 17th, 2011. We decided to start this blog to keep our family and friends updated with everything going on with our sweet baby girls Ava and Teagan. It is an easy way for everyone to know what is going on and also for us to turn into a book at some point to keep forever. Thanks to everyone for the continued thoughts and prayers.
