| Introduction | Ms. Muna Mohamed advocates for rights of women and communities and the importance of inclusive sustainable natural resource governance for their empowerment and combating climate change to build back better. She has authored a book in her native language on such issues and continues to speak and publish issue-based articles on natural resource governance, forced migration and effects of land grabbing, in local and international news outlets, journals and magazines in addition to heading NGO Land Sea Maldives as its co-founder and Executive Director. Ms. Muna Mohamed holds an MBA from University of Adelaide, Australia. She has also served in Public Service of the Maldives for the past 2 decades, in different Public service institutions. She also provides management consultancy services to businesses and help raise needed finance in addition to providing training to modernize business operations. |
