I have an amazing husband, Brian, and 2 adorable children... Zack & Elsie! RIGHT NOW I have THE most important, rewarding and challenging job on Earth as a Child of God, Wife, Mom, Friend & Kindergarten Teacher! The things I love are... spending time with family & friends, as well as cooking, cleaning(yep!), gardening, wellness, nutrition & fitness! I do not claim to be a doctor, chef, nurse, nutritionist, personal trainer or expert on any of the topics I write about... BUT I am someone who cares very deeply about the ones I love and want the best for their physical & spiritual lives. This is the reason I write this blog. This is a crazy life...
