Introduction	After many friends expressed complaints about the high costs of foods at health and natural food stores, I aimed to help make a difference. Many of these families struggled day in and day out to meet a tighter budget brought on by the recession. I myself felt the pinch and strain. So I did something. I found plenty of ways to save money at health and natural food stores. I started to share my ideas with my friends. And then more and more people wanted to know more. I now write for Naturally Savvy and Mambo Sprouts as well as teach classes in my community at my local Whole Foods Market and Sunflower Markets.
