Jess Neiger's solo debut, "Hospital Food," is a radical departure from the alt-country sound of her original band, "Daughers of Knut." "Hospital Food" is a sterile mash-up of yodel-like vocals overlying loops of heart monitors, beeper pages, and elevator chimes.
