| Introduction | I'm a professor at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC. I teach MBA classes on Operations Strategy and Project Management. My research examines how organizations build effective operational capabilities. I primarily focus on how to address the coordination problems that arise when individuals work in teams within and across organizations. To date, my fieldwork has been centered in the Indian software services industry. |
