Introduction	Throughout the world of democratic decision-making, there is an epidemic of ignorance. This essay attempts to bring this subject to people’s attention and to offer part of a solution. Through published books and this blog, I have partnered with other educators and leaders to launch a public campaign to educate people, both locally and worldwide, on the streamlined process of Robert’s Rules of Order; and how, in the short term, it can help reduce situations like this one, and how, in the long term, it can advance democracy.
