| Introduction | Master Roy - Students call him Sifu [see-fu] is a semi-retired (still teaching private lessons) professional Martial Arts teacher, with 50+ years experience. He managed a brick and mortar Martial Arts Studio for 50 + years. He teaches Yang style Taijiquan, several styles of Qigong, American Karate-Do, Modern Arnis and Yin and Cheng style Baguazhang. He is an avid photographer and videographer above and below the water - A life long musician, he's played drum set and bass guitar in bands and more recently he's taken up acoustic finger style guitar. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving, sailing, downhill skiing, riding motorcycles and driving sports cars....Joie de Vivre! |
