| Introduction | Deb Forsten is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association for Women in Communication. Deb has been involved in computer technology for the past 18 years, through marketing, communications and logistical planning either with the Olympic Sports Movement or conference planning at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has worked extensively in both the PC and Macintosh environments since the late 1980s. In 1998, she established Zenith Associates, a marketing and technology consulting company to focus on assisting clients with "de-mystifying" technology for practical application and developing the promotional and educational tools needed to meet their goals and expectations. She has published more than 40 articles in books, magazines and newspapers. From 1998-2000, she was a software trainer for Gateway Computer Country Store in West Palm Beach and currently is an adjunct faculty member at Palm Beach Community College in the Career and Technical Education department. |
