| Introduction | Hi Everyone, Namaste and warm welcome ! Urbanization offers many opportunities and adaptation strategies to deal with the issue we face today. Cities have great influence in development and provide best solutions and coping mechanisms. Therefore, it is time to reaffirm our commitment to a more sustainable future, with greater attention to urban infrastructure and beyond. In this context, some Nepalese development professionals experienced in development, management and facilitation for the participatory and inclusive development processes for decades have formed Rural Urban Development Foundation (RUDF) in 2008. RUDF is developed and lead by Rajendra P Sharma, an Anthropologist, who worked with government, I/NGOs, bi-lateral, multilateral and UN. It works on PCM; knowledge transfer and on-site facilitation; research and other rural-urban development related functions. This site is for exchanging idea and raise profile. All in all, RUDF is dedicated to development, transformation and change, because RUDF believes: “Together, we Grow”! For more information please stay tuned with RUDF, exciting stuffs coming soon. Thank you for your patience! Rajendra P Sharma, CED, RUDF |
