Introduction	Normally if I asked someone if they’d like a sandwich, they politely say no and go to McDonalds. Why? Because of my lack of cooking skills. To give you a brief run down… I’ve burnt tuna melts, had an entire apartment building evacuated, the fire department called, and a trip to the E.R.. And no, I’m not exaggerating. So it’s about time I learn to cook. If I can travel around the world and live in foreign countries on my own, I should be able to make an edible sandwich. So I’m learning to cook. Fingers crossed I don’t burn anything down! So stay tuned to see what happens… -Elissa Rae
