Introduction I am a food scientist by profession working in New York area. I am passionate about everything food-cooking, eating and understanding it!! Last year my mom handed me 2 books : one book was related to traditional Indian Food and the other was about home remedies using things found in Indian kitchen. This blog is the results of the 2 books. Being a Food Scientist, I am always curious about how ingredients come together in a recipe and also what role they play in the food : nutrition, functionality or just for taste.
