Introduction	Carmen Buford, Ph.D., is a retired university administrator (Associate Dean) who raised 6 children, and who, by necessity, had to learn to help them with their resumes. She was also in various positions where she had to review resumes for hiring personnel throughout my career. Ginny is a lawyer who believes the best way to help society is to help individuals get income, as we all need it to survive. We created this blog to give pointers to those who are serious about getting the job they want.
