Introduction	It's very difficult to describe who I am. I have a lot of interests and hobbies that really don't fit the typical stereotype when you first see me. I'm happily married to a wonderful wife and have 2 kids of my own, a step daughter, 3 crazy cats, 2 dogs, and a guinea pig. Never a dull moment in the house. Hobbies include cooking (of course), eating, traveling, biking, golfing, hiking, kayaking, and riding my Yamaha cruiser. My day job is not in the food business since it doesn’t pay the bills.
