| Introduction | I have spent a great deal of my life describing myself by what I have done or who I am to other people. This time..its simple. I am 47 yrs old, a newlywed (again) and generally trying to figure a lot of things out. I am smart. I am funny. I am usually not too far from a good time. At my core I care very deeply about people...just struggle with letting them know or how to go about communicating it. In the end, I've messed it up more than I've gotten it right but hope that I've learned some valuable lessons along the way. The trick now.....apply the learning. |
| Interests | My family: Cass, Abby (17), Allie (16), "Little" Abby-yes we have two (12) and Aidan (11); my friends and the work I choose to do. The rest...I'm still figuring out--I've swam, cycled and ran miles in hopes of finding new perspective and often I did. At this stage, I am choosing to be more still, focusing on all that is under my roof and within my purview to make a difference. |
| Favorite movies | Kung Fu Panda (both of them) are my favorites-I know, makes me some what of a simpleton but perhaps its the simple mind that deciphers the best messages! I love all the classics from western, to action adventure, to dramatic, comedy to downright goofy. I'll never pass on watching a movie or going to one. |
| Favorite music | The kind with notes---I like it all. Lazy Sunday morning music is the best---good coffee, good company and a top notch pair of slippers to go with it. |
| Favorite books | Lost my love of reading awhile back...maybe that will come back in 2015 as well |
