Introduction	I am a former culinary student/ cook. I have worked in four star restaurants, and several other establishments. I will be the first to admit that I don't know everything about cooking and food, but then again who does.
Interests	Burgers, food in general, I love to cook and to eat. I am father of three amazing boys, and love spending time with them, and having adventures!
Favorite movies	In no particular order.. Star Wars, Braveheart, Pool Hall Junkies, The Hustler, The Color of Money, Stardust, Goonies, The Princess Bride, Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail, and so many more!
Favorite music	The Dave Matthews Band, Counting Crows, Waterdeep, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Dashboard Confessional, Death Cab For Cutie, Jack Johnson and so many more!
Favorite books	Mostly fiction and cook books.
