Introduction	Angie - I am a computer geek and mother to two clever, independent girls living in beautiful Alaska. I've been interested in and learning about the Paleo lifestyle for the past year. In May 2011, I finally took the leap and successfully completed a Whole 30 Challenge! The girls beg for the occasional sushi with rice, but I haven't looked back since. Even the spouse is slowly enjoying this lifestyle. I call that a success!
