| Introduction | I am a documentary filmmaker and a retired international concert harpsichordist, teacher, and recording artist. I am an author/poet, and a Spiritual Director in private practice with a M.Div. I am 65yo and very young in body and mind, but very ancient in sprit. I have been HIV+ since the early 1980's and was diagnosed with AIDS in 1995. I am a drug-addict in 12-Step recovery. A Warrior at the Stonewall Rebellion, NYC, 1969, I was part of the Gay Liberation Front in Chicago and on the East Coast in the early 1970's, helping to found the chapters in both those locations. I am a public speaker and workshop facilitator. I live everyday in The Myth of the Queerman, and am descended from the ancient Warrior/Lovers of ancient Thebes. A Spiritual/Sexual Warrior and a Majician, I create Ritual and Sexmajick for my Queer Brothers in my work, my relationships, and my life in general. I have a full and rich life, filled with Faerie Majick. The Tribe will, indeed, live forever, well beyond me, but I will live on in the Tribe through my filmmaking, writing, teaching, and all my contributions to the Queer community as well as to the larger majority of the straight world. |
