| Introduction | I am J, 30 yr old female, have 2 dogs, and living with Agoraphobia, Hikikomori, anxiety, and PTSD(mouth full). I have a B.S. in Statistics and Economics and worked for a large, impersonal Investment Bank for several years. I have lost contact with my friends that I once had due to this psychological condition and many other things. I hope I can use this blog to help myself get better...and take one day at a time.
