Introduction	People with low incomes or no employment opportunities cannot be left behind in South Africa /Africa. It is essential to build pride in achievements, earn an income, and address the requirements for, purpose and affordability of products in townships and other income-less areas. An holistic (360°) approach from knowledgeable, skilled, experiences SME experts is required ensuring a successful Venture design, implementation/execution, optimization and return on investment and profit in viable start-ups under the auspices of AndzisoGrowth. The youth and women will be the main focus, although young men and the elderly (mentors) will also be involved. Different start-up businesses are each other’s clients. Emphasis on use of green energy, less waste, and a reduced carbon footprint. External clients in different sectors are identified and farmers' markets used. The knowledge, skill and expertise exist in or can be acquired under the auspices of a group of concerned experts forming AndisoGrowth.
