Introduction	Data Takashi began his deejaying career on sunny shores, riding the groove of the in house jazz bands at his first residency back in 2001. After a 5 year hiatus, his appetite for all things fresh and beautiful satiated itself as he became a pioneer of underground dance through his involvement with a unique breed of party around 2006, which would go on to include The Secret, Tokyo Star Indie Dance Thursdays, Sovereign Academy, Petting Zoo (The End Is Nigh) and Shut Up I’m Dancing. However, Data Takashi has never lost the wild eyed wonder of a true fanatic. His knowledge and taste have mushroomed uncontrollably, but with this has come the precision of maturity that allows him to single out the perfect set to accommodate the dancefloor.
