| Introduction | My name is Jamie, I am 36 years old and I live in the region of Southwest Florida (USA). I am a humble and proud Alumni of Florida Gulf Coast University where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (’11) and my Master’s degree in School Counseling (’18). The lessons I have learned in life have provided me with privilege and opportunity. I was inducted into the FGCU Hall of Fame in 2011 and most recently I was a nominee for the FGCU Alumni Soaring Eagle Award. For 9 years I was an elementary school Teacher in Immokalee, FL and am currently an elementary School Counselor. At the start of 2022, I was also given the opportunity to be an Adjunct Professor at my alma mater. That journey paused/ended in 2024. In addition, I am a high school coach. Oh yes, and I am truly blessed. �� |
