Introduction	Community Servants: Chris and Carol Green are domestic missionaries who have been ordained / licensed ministers for more than 30 years. As marketplace ministers, they are songwriters, poets, authors, and contributing authors (in an international best-seller). They also served as Board-certified master mental health coaches (BCMMHC), certified master life coaches (CMLC), biblical lay-counselors, human value advocates, marriage, family and ministry coaches and mentors, and holistic wellness promoters. They have each received a life-achievement, competency-based ministry doctorate (DSe), and two honorary doctorates (Hon.Causa). They founded C and C Connections, LLC, a coaching and consulting business that helps organizations build capacity in CARE (Compassion, Authenticity, Respect and Empathy); the STEP Forward Life Institute, a teaching ministry that employs Searching and Learning through Biblical Counsel, Coaching and Mentoring; and the Fruitful Life Learning Community, a soul care and spiritual wellness marketplace ministry.
