Introduction	Hey, my name is Meredith and I live in 'a house divided' in every sense of the word. I'm from St. Louis, Missouri and married my college sweetheart from Kansas City, Missouri. We've been married for 8 years and have a beautiful little girl, Charlotte. While a deep love of our hometown sports teams causes a major rift in our household (GO CARDS!), I am Type A all the way while my husband is ADD. I'm a planner; he's spontaneous. We balance each other fairly well and miraculously, we find our daughter is a great combination of both. Our crazy dynamic makes for great blog content on it's own, however 'A House Divided' is my way of organizing my projects, ideas, and inspirations with hopes of entertaining and possibly even inspiriting others. I love to create, repurpose, find a bargain, and capture memories with my lens. I hope you enjoy creativity that comes out of my day-to-day chaos.
Interests	I love learning new ways to be crafty that benefit my family. A few ways that I've come to really enjoy, are making clothes and bows for my daughter and planning showers, birthday parties, etc. for friends and family at a fraction of the cost. I'm a huge bargain shopper, too! Not so much because I'm frugal, but because it's a sport to me; I love the challenge! When I'm bored, I like to reorganize spaces in my house - it relaxes me. I also love to read but sadly I don't have a lot of time for it.
