Introduction	The Adamouski Institution continues a resolute commitment to emerging artists and the community that they build. In the first of many biannual competitions, we aspire to contribute to this community by showcasing the artistic excellence of the worlds rising artists. The Institution is itself composed of such emerging artists and the common perspective that we share with our participants is fundamental to our recognition of the diverse work they create.
