| Interests | I grew up watching my grandmother make the most wonderful things. I was sure there was nothing she couldn't do. I would sit up with her at night while she made the most beautiful quilts and painted ceramics, it seemed like magic. I miss her dearly. When I sit down to my workstation I feel like she's right there with me working on one of her own projects. My desk is a place for me to get lost and shut out everything else around me. During the day I'm looking at numbers, financials, statistics and ratios. I love doing it but I can't wait to get home at night and switch gears to being creative. Sometimes I think CraftedCharm was born out of necessity. After all, my kids can only wear so much jewelry before the metal detectors start going off! My hope is that you will enjoy my creations as much as I have enjoyed creating them. I live for that moment when I finish a project and I can look at it and think "this is so stinking cute I can't stand myself"! |
