| Introduction | Hey there! So I am a 29 year old stay-at-home mom with 2 small kiddos. I created this blog after going through a tremendous weight-loss over the last 3 years, between kids and finally after my second child. It is a tough journey for moms who find themselves stressed in a new life and overweight to boot. It's easy to lose yourself in it all and get overwhelmed. I'm no expert, but I have been through it and continue to go through it so I'm here to offer support, my stories, exercise tips, nutrition facts, recipes and more.
