| Introduction | I'm originally from Newfoundland, moved here to Nova Scotia in 2009 with my husband as he was posted to the fleet. Started running in Fall 2012 in the learn to run program through the Running Room. Improved on the running in the winter of 2013 when my husband was deployed on Op Artemis, I have lost approximately 90 lbs and now am addicted to long distance running, and getting ready to run my second Full Marathon. |
