About me

Introduction	I am a busy, working mom attempting to find balance in all of the things that I need to do, the things I like to do, and the things I want to do. I am a full-time mom to two fabulous and busy children (Jacob age 7 & Chesney age 5) and a full-time wife. I currently work full-time as an event coordinator for a university I am passionate about. I am a part-time graduate student pursuing a degree in family life. In the middle of all of these things, I try to be a scrapbooker, a runner, a great friend and a good mentor to the students I work with. Organizing and prioritizing all of these parts of my life is a challenge for me. Through this blog, I hope to share what I have learned, and learn from what others share. It is time for me to take the steps necessary to live a more balanced life. Who’s with me?
