| Introduction | I am a mother of two......grew up in a family with strict rules and regimes to follow. It made me move into a career where discipline is imbibed. In my journey as an educator I quickly learnt that students now are not rule followers but rule makers. The past twelve years as an educator has made me grow and learn that the teacher is no more the information giver but just plays the role of a facilitator. I have now moved on the next journey in my career......taking on the role of the PYP coordinator. .....the ideas shared here on this blog are my experiences and experiments taken over the inquiry journey. Hopefully will help a few teacher just about beginning their journey into PYP. |
