Introduction	I have always loved fashion dolls since I can remember. The very first dolls I ever got were Great Shape Barbie and Ken. Later on I received Western Stampin Ken for Christmas one year and I was smitten with his big black cowboy hat and boots. Ken has always been my fave fella. His sweat heart was Hollywood Hair Teresa. I still have both these dolls today safely stored away. My sister and I would play with our Barbie dolls all the time, the dramas could last for hours, days even too! Now as an adult I am able to enjoy the dolls on an even larger scale. They truly fuel my creative process and I enjoy every aspect of it from diorama building, to photographing, and writing for the blog. Then on June 14, 2011 my whole doll world got turned on it's side. A certain Ken doll came into my collection and I was smitten all over again just like when I was a kid. I got the Captain Jack Sparrow Ken (who I named Luke) at Toys R Us. My imagination sprung into high gear, he was just so gorgeous and I knew he had a story to tell. So now here I am and my doll world has never been the same since....And Luke is still my numero uno doll, haha!
