Introduction	I have taken up running in the past year. I love the feel of the breeze in the early morning. I put on my ipod and I'm in my own little world. I have a collection of songs I enjoy listning to while I run. They are the perfect tempo. This blog is dedicated to sharing songs in our runners community that are good to listen to while we run.
