| Introduction | I am 34 years old and have always LOVED food. Most of my memories of childhood surround food of some kind, and rarely do I recall an event without recalling the food that was involved in it. Unfortunately, my little love affair with food has produced a giant hate affair with my body, and to that end I have embarked on a quest to learn how to eat well, how to cook well, and to figure out just exactly what the chemicals in all that processed food I have loved so much are doing to not only my body, but my mental and emotional health as well.
