About me

Location	Greenville, SC
Introduction	I'm an amatuer photographer living in the Greenville South Carolina area. I've been fascinated by photography my whole life, but did not really pursue it until my wife bought me a Canon EOS 650 for my 30th birthday. I dabbled in my home darkroom until we moved from Upstate New York to South Carolina in 2003. It was here, that my interests were renewed, and I entered the digital age. Funny that my re-entry was the result of the gift of another camera. This time from a friend on my 40th birthday. Since then, I joined the local arts community, specifically, Upstate Visual Arts, and have tried to learn as much as I can about the technical aspects, techniques and options of photography. I've never been formally trained, but I've learned through books and other photographer's work.
