| Introduction | Live long enough and you wind up doing and being a lot of things. I had a nice childhood, went to college, didn't know what I should do with the rest of my life so tried a bunch of things; was a paralegal, advertising media planner, human services worker. Went on to get a Master's in Social Work of all things and now work with the mentally ill. At the same time I've been lucky enough to see a good bit of the world including much of this, the greatest country of all. Through it all, I've read as much as I could, tried to learn from everything and found that my initial impulses as a young man were right: conservative principles are the only real road to a brighter future for society and the only real way for people to live meaningul lives, lives with purpose and depth. I started this blog as a way to celebrate those principles. It is my expression of gratitude for having found them. |
