| Introduction | I am excited about moving forward with my art. I have done arts and crafts for as long as I can remember. Giving most of the items I have created away as gifts over the years. I would always craft with my kids when they were little. Loved those times ! Now that they are grown ...and its time for me to spread my wings and enjoy creating ! I am exploring mixed media, water color as well as drawing again which I recently realized I have not done with any consistency since 1989 ! I also make jewelry and am learning new techniques in that...as well as paper crafting, sewing, machine and hand embroidery. My goals for myself this year are...first to start this blog... and to do something creative every day. I hope to have some of my work in a local shop and art market before the end of the year as well. So looking forward to this new phase of my life ! |
